The lessons,support,easy methods to fallow to get back to a healthier me.

I appreciate the quick responses. There is a lot talk about personal coaches in the lessons, the rating would be much higher if that was still available instead of just random coaches with no personalization

I really like that I'm slowly building new habits while deconstructing old, unhealthy habits. The company does a good job of tackling one issue at a time. An example is weighing myself. In the past that was usually a "process" where I needed to be feeling a certain way about my body. Now i just get up and weigh myself. Over the course of the last month, the neurotic aspect has been replaced with just a habit. That is occurring in a number of aspects in my life and I have Noom to thank for that.

Would like easier entry of items. Copying from one day to another, and/or saving recipes

Do not used this company. So I signed up for this app call Noom I didn't realize that they were going to continue to take my money every 5 months. I just noticed they took a payment out of my bank and now they will not issue me a refund even though I told them I haven't used their services for atleast a year or so. I'm so upset and plan to let the world know how bad of a company they are

Coaches are great. Wish I could adjust my calories down so I didn't have to just remember.

I am so upset that you are not allowing me to have my 1 to 1 coach back. I was working really well with Arrianna and then my subscription just timed out, then as I renewed, you only allowed an annual subscription and now I have a group of coach who do absolutely nothing! They just answer basic questions…no accountability..no tips…no check ins! It is awful.

Well I want to be doing this program but I had a month of illness …. And my trial expired and I didn’t realize as I was sick and unable to really pay attention …. So I just wish I didn’t have to pay for a month of a service I did t use …. I will try now and see if I can make it work ? In the first week and a half the trial it was pretty good though

I’m really losing weight and feeling healthy and amazing ! This is a diet plan to live by! I finally feel in control and much more knowledgeable about nutrition and behavior… the best part is that Noom has helped me to feel better about myself and to be forgiving and loving with myself and others :) that is priceless!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Easy to follow plan. Lots of good extra advice that helps keep you motivated. I like the calorie counter on the top, helps me make decisions.

So far, I feel that it is going great. Not as fast as I would like, but I am to blame for that. I sowly but gradually losing my pounds.

I feel like I’m getting a lot of information & making some better choices. It’s really hard to get my alert motivated but I’m determined to keep trying. I haven’t lost 1 pound in 3 weeks!

The program can be tailored to your needs. The information is easy to understand and presented in an entertaining way. There are various ways to get support.

The program is very easy to follow. It keeps you engaged the whole time. You have the option to work ahead but I think it’s important to stay on track with where you’re at.
